About the Sound

Because the machine has a water pump running, there might be a little noise (within 35 decibels). It is however, quieter than most air purifiers and air conditioners. It may appear to be louder if you are too close to the product. The ideal distance to enjoy it is from 3 meters away, which should make it quiet.

If the water does not flow out normally during use, there is probably air in the pump. It cannot pump water normally and would stop working. If the item can't pump water, you can try the following steps:

1. Pour away all the water.

2. Turn the item upside down 3 times or more, please operate slowly so as to remove the air inside the tube.

3. After the operation is completed, it can be operated normally by adding water again.
